My nearest craft store is about 25 minutes away, which has become both a blessing and a curse. I'm usually fairly organized, but the distance has made that more of a priority. This weekend, I looked at my upcoming projects and supplies and made the trip to two of my favorite fabric stores. I now have what I need for all of my projects to be completed in the next couple of months.
When I organized everything into little piles on my sewing table dining room table, I realized how many things I have going right now. I have two throw-blankets for Christmas gifts, one baby girl quilt, one baby boy quilt, one big sister quilt, a quilt for our bedroom, a quilt for our guest bedroom, a couple of purses, and the beginnings of an idea for my daughter's third birthday. All in all, I have 14 different projects stewing in my little brain right now. Fourteen.
