Saturday Sneak Peek

I have about 2/3 of the blocks complete for my sister's purple quilt. She's coming to visit next week and I am hoping to have the quilt top done or close to it so she can have an in-person sneak peek. To be honest, I wasn't very excited about making another purple quilt. I'm itching to experiment with some other colors. But the purple, violet, and lavender fabrics that she and I combined on this one are really quite stunning. I'm now anxious to see the finished piece. On that note, I've got to get back to my machine. Have a great weekend!!
