My mother-in-law and I took a class last night and made cute little Tulip Purses. The pattern is called "
The Two-Hour Tulip Purse" by Janice Pope. I made the Standard size - about the size of a cantelope. And it took more than two-hours.

It's got a pretty cute profile.

And cute handles...

And even a cute "butt."

The inside lining is a red dot pattern with one pocket inside.

I also added a snap on this purse - a first for me.

I love the exterior fabric you chose!
-- and those 'two-hour' projects never live up to the promise, do they?
What a great purse and I love the fabrics you chose.
